Pricing is similar to other Rock Band games, so you should expect to pay around two or three dollars per additional song.
One of the disappointments with The Beatles: Rock Band is there you can not interact with any other Rock Band titles, due to the licensing. Therefore Beatles songs can only be used for this game and you can not download them to your hard drive. Also, no other DLC can be used when you are playing this game.
